MOVEMENT & WELL-BEING

The Tao Institute for Martial Arts, Sensei Robert Maldonado Jr. holds certifications in Medical Qigong and Qigong Fitness and is a 2nd Degree Black Belt and Certified Instructor in Krav Maga. He is experienced in the practice, study and teaching of martial arts working with Veterans, women, teens and those with special needs or challenging health conditions.

Dragonfly Wellness, Dr. Réquel Lopes, AP earned her graduate degree in Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine from the prestigious AOMA Graduate School of Integrative Medicine. She is a licensed acupuncture physician in the state of Florida, board certified by the National Certification of Oriental Medicine Diplomat of Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM) in Oriental Medicine and a member of the Florida State Oriental Medical Association. Dr. Lopes includes Conscious Connected Breathing sessions in her healing toolbox. This modality increases oxygenation facilitating awareness and release of stuck energy that could create disease or pain.
